Payment of the Notice of Toll Evasion Violation must be received within 30 days from the notice mail date. If you choose to dispute the violation, your dispute must be submitted online or in writing within 30 days from the notice mail date. Failure to respond by the due date will result in additional penalties and fees as well as further collection action, including but not limited to a hold on your vehicle registration.
